I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle a career and personal life while managing your physical and emotional health in midlife. I’m here to help women like you restore their health and optimize their well-being with clarity and confidence.

I know what it feels like to have health challenges while trying to stay on top of life and work.

A few years ago, I was right where you are, searching for real solutions.

Like you, I wanted to feel vibrant and capable, not held back by my body's changes.  

Back then, I was a driven professional, pushing hard in my career without realizing the toll it was taking on my health. 

But just when I thought I had it all together, a breast cancer diagnosis turned my life upside down.  

After finding few holistic solutions, I decided to create a framework that included both ancient and modern medical modalities to recover and rebuild my health from the ground up. 

Now, over a decade later, I’m healthier, balanced, and living out my mission to help women thrive during midlife and beyond 

With years of success in guiding women like you, I’m here to share this process so you can transform this phase into a period of renewed strength, clarity, and fulfillment to your current success and transformation. 

With Nearly 30 Years of Experience... 

Dr. Diedra Manns is a leading expert in physical therapy, menopause health, and movement science, dedicated to helping midlife women regain strength, clarity, and confidence. With nearly 30 years of experience, she combines clinical expertise, movement-based therapy, and research-backed strategies to help women improve their well-being and navigate menopause with ease.

Dr. Diedra holds a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master of Science from Marymount University, as well as an Associate’s degree from New York University. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, Movement Science Fellow, and certified Menopause Health Coach and Life Coach. A Polestar Pilates educator from 2014 to 2020, she integrates Pilates into her programs to support strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

As a member of the Menopause Society’s Education Committee, she helps shape the future of menopause education for healthcare providers. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, reinforcing her commitment to advancing evidence-based, non-hormonal solutions for midlife women.

A breast cancer survivor who faced early menopause, Dr. Diedra understands firsthand the challenges of midlife health changes. She founded Monarch Wellness Group Inc., a boutique physical therapy and Pilates clinic, and later established Dr. Diedra Inc., where she leads individual and group programs designed to help women improve sleep, cognitive function, movement, and overall well-being.

Through her work, Dr. Diedra empowers women to turn menopause from a challenge into a time of renewed energy, purpose, and success—both personally and professionally.
