A few years ago, my life looked a lot like yours might right now. I was overwhelmed and exhausted, and I felt like I was losing control of my own body and emotions. After receiving treatments for breast cancer,  I suddenly faced menopause and had no idea what was happening to me.  There was very little support to help me navigate this overnight change.  The sleepless nights, brain fog, hot flashes, and mood swings made me feel like everything I was and everything I built was slipping away.

I made a decision—I wasn’t going to let menopause take over my life. I began to research, experiment, and heal myself without hormonal treatments. It took years of trial and error, but I eventually discovered how to manage my symptoms through lifestyle changes and mindfulness techniques that allowed me to regain control.

Today, as a physical therapist, certified menopause health coach, life coach, and master Pilates teacher, I’ve dedicated my work to helping other midlife women, just like you, navigate their own journey. Through science-backed tools and compassion, I empower women to take back control of their bodies, their minds, and their lives—because I know firsthand that it is possible to thrive during this phase of life.
